Business Hotel Tropical is an alleged abandoned hotel in Kawamukō-chō, Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.
According to local rumors, if you photograph the fourth-floor windows, the ghostly figure of a woman may appear in the image. Inside the hotel, people also claim that the spirits of a former employee and a murder victim have been seen.
Another rumor says that the fourth floor contains a so-called “bloody room,” where an entire wall is covered in bright red handprints.
The hotel is said to have fallen into ruin after a murder case occurred there and an employee died, though these stories remain rumors and should be treated with caution.
As with any abandoned or privately owned site, do not enter the property without permission. Old buildings can be dangerous, and trespassing may lead to legal trouble.
