Other versions say that people who come here may feel mentally disturbed or even “lose their senses.” The usual explanation behind the rumor is that many people died here long ago, and that the spirits of the dead are responsible for the strange phenomena.
The site is associated with Kamiiso Orthodox Church Nozaki Cemetery, located around 100-3 Nozaki, Hokuto City, Hokkaido. If you visit, remember that this is a real cemetery and religious site. Go only during appropriate hours, do not enter restricted areas, and avoid disturbing graves, residents, or worshippers.
