Possible Explanations
On online forums about haunted places, and in accounts from local residents, another version of the story appears: that there was no murder and no suicide at all.
According to this explanation, the building was originally constructed as a vacation home. Because of its inconvenient location, it was eventually put up for sale, but no buyer came forward, and the property was left abandoned.
There is also a claim that the staircase leading to the entrance on the second floor was removed during demolition work, but the contractor went bankrupt before the job was completed. In that version, only the stairs were taken away, leaving the house in its strange current state.
These explanations are also based on rumors and anonymous information, so they cannot be treated as confirmed facts. But if they are true, they raise another question: why did such dark stories spread in the first place?
One likely reason is the location. An abandoned house near a cemetery is easy for people to reinterpret as a haunted site.
