English Version

Motel Sun River is said to be located in Oji Otsubo, Shino-cho, Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. According to local ghost stories, the spirit of a woman appears in a second-floor window.

Inside, the building is reportedly abandoned, with talismans meant to ward off evil pasted in various places. Those who describe the site say it has an atmosphere almost like stepping into another world.

The story also claims that a murder once took place here. In the rumor, a young woman died with lingering regrets, and her resentment has never found peace, remaining tied to this location.

Because this is described as an abandoned property, do not enter the building or grounds without permission. If you visit the area, view it only from safe, public places and be respectful of nearby residents.
