Takaoka Cemetery in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, is said to be connected with various reports of paranormal activity.

Near the entrance to the cemetery stand the Six Jizo statues, along with a Mizuko Jizo, a guardian figure associated with children who died before or shortly after birth. Dolls have been left there as offerings, giving the site an unsettling atmosphere that has become part of its local ghost-story reputation.

The cemetery is located along Shikotsuko-dori in Tomakomai. If you visit, do so respectfully during appropriate hours, avoid disturbing offerings or graves, and follow all posted rules.
