Out of nowhere, here is a strange question: what kind of alien are you, and where did you come from?
Most people would probably answer, “Nowhere. I’ve been an Earthling since the day I was born.” Fair enough. Very few of us remember sitting in the cockpit of a spaceship, typing “Earth” into the navigation system, and hyperdriving across the galaxy.
But according to one spiritual theory, only a small number of people on Earth can truly be called “pure Earthlings.” Supposedly, as many as 87% of modern humans are former aliens: souls that reincarnated on Earth from other stars, each with their own purpose.
Just as every country on Earth has its own culture and character, alien races are said to differ depending on their home star. Their personalities, tendencies, and reasons for coming to Earth may all vary. In that sense, learning your “home star” is said to offer a clue to who you are and why you were born here.
What Are Cosmic Races?
Most people have heard the word “alien,” but “cosmic race” may be less familiar. In this context, it refers to the many different races or groups believed to exist throughout the universe.
The universe contains countless stars beyond our sun, and many are said to have their own cosmic races. However, “living there” does not necessarily mean commuting on a crowded train, working a nine-to-five, and drinking beer on the weekend like humans do.
Their forms of existence are said to vary widely. Some may not have physical bodies like Earth humans at all, and may exist in higher dimensions. In other words, not every alien is imagined as a gray figure with a large head and oversized eyes.
People who are believed to have reincarnated from these other cosmic races are sometimes called “Star People” or “Starseeds,” terms that separate them from the usual image of aliens in UFO lore.
How to Look Into Your Cosmic Race
There are believed to be many races throughout the universe. Some may come from stars whose names are not even known on Earth. Also, because souls are said to reincarnate many times, it can be difficult to define a single “origin.”
For that reason, a person’s home star is usually described in one of two ways: the star where their soul was first born, or the star where they reincarnated most often and received the strongest influence in shaping their soul.
There are generally two ways to investigate this:
- Get a reading from a spiritual worker or channeler
- Research it yourself
Here, we will focus on the second method: looking into it on your own.
Major Cosmic Races and Their Traits
There are many ways to research your possible origin. For example, some people have always felt mysteriously drawn to a certain constellation or star at a planetarium. Others may see a list of star names and feel an immediate, inexplicable reaction.
Even if you do not have that kind of intuition, you may be able to make a rough guess by comparing the traits associated with each star to your own personality.
The following are some of the major cosmic races often said to have many incarnations on Earth. Of course, this is not a complete list, and it does not mean that checking off a few traits proves you are from a particular star. Think of it more as a starting point for exploring the idea.
Pleiadians
The Pleiades is an open star cluster in the constellation Taurus. In Japan, it is also known as Subaru, a name many people may recognize.
Pleiadians are said to have originally lived on Venus. Because they are believed to share roots with Earth humans, they are often described as looking quite similar to us. They are considered positive, gentle, peace-loving beings who dislike conflict.
Common traits associated with Pleiadians include:
- Preferring to be alone rather than in a group
- Often feeling out of place around others
- Having a strong sense of beauty and sensitivity
- Being pacifistic
- Often having large, almond-shaped eyes
Their purpose in coming to Earth is said to be bringing peace. For that reason, people with Pleiadian roots are often described as being suited to healing or artistic work that comforts and supports others.
Sirians
Sirius, located in Canis Major, is the brightest star visible from Earth apart from the sun. If Pleiadians are gentle healers, Sirians might be described as wise hermits.
They are said to have their own unique philosophy and to approach many things with caution.
Common traits associated with Sirians include:
- Finding it difficult to form friendships with people they have just met
- Being deeply devoted once they trust someone
- Thinking carefully before taking action
- Preferring peace and quiet
- Having a strong sense of curiosity and a desire to investigate
Like Pleiadians, Sirians are said to value peace. However, they are also considered a race that follows its intellectual curiosity. They are believed to appear often among scientists, religious figures, and philosophers, and are said to have contributed greatly to the development of human civilization.
Orions
Betelgeuse, a first-magnitude star in Orion, forms one point of the Winter Triangle along with Sirius and Procyon in Canis Minor.
Because Orion’s name comes from Greek mythology, it may be one of the more familiar constellations for many people.
Common traits associated with Orions include:
- Strong curiosity
- Preferring logical thinking over relying on feelings
- Enjoying debate
- Being perfectionistic
- Not being afraid to take a critical view of things
Orions are said to be divided into even more specific groups. Among them, the Rigelians are described as skillful, serious, and hardworking. Some believe many Rigelians have reincarnated as Japanese people.
If you are good with your hands and skilled at detailed work, you might wonder whether you have a connection to Rigel.
Vegans
Vega, located in the constellation Lyra, forms the Summer Triangle together with Altair in Aquila and Deneb in Cygnus.
Among the many cosmic races, Vegans are said to have especially old souls. They are described as well-balanced beings with talents in many fields.
Common traits associated with Vegans include:
- Wanting to make decisions for themselves
- Being friendly and sociable
- Acting quickly and decisively
- Sometimes seeming a little overconfident
- Liking children
The major Vegan traits are decisiveness and confidence. Many Vegans are said to have abundant natural ability, allowing them to handle most tasks smoothly.
Because they are also sociable, they may be well suited to work that involves leading a team or taking part in a large project.
Let the Stars Make Life a Little Richer
The races introduced here are only a small part of the larger starseed world. Other cosmic races are also said to include those connected to Arcturus, Antares, Aldebaran, and even the solar system. And of course, there may also be “pure Earthlings,” whose soul roots are truly here on Earth.
Whether you take these ideas as spiritual belief, folklore-like modern occult culture, or simply an imaginative way to reflect on your personality, they can make the night sky feel a little more mysterious.
Tonight, try looking up at the stars. Somewhere among those points of light, according to this belief, your soul’s old home might be waiting.

地球上に存在する全ての国に「お国柄」があるように、宇宙人も出身星によって性格や地球へやってきた目的が異なる。そのため、 自分の出身星 を知ることは、 自分が一体何者なのか、何のために地球上に生を受けたのかの足がかりになる 、というわけだ。公開日：2019年11月3日 更新日：2020年3月8日 。宇宙種族とは？。。「 宇宙人 」なら耳馴染みがあるけれど「 宇宙種族 」は初めて聞く、という人は多いかもしれない。宇宙種族とは、文字通り 宇宙に存在する様々な「種族」を指す言葉 だ。
この広い宇宙には太陽以外にも様々な恒星があり、その多くに、それぞれの「 宇宙種族 」が住んでいる。だが、「 住んでいる 」といっても、 我々と同じように満員電車に揺られて仕事に行ったり、休日にビールを飲んだりして過ごしているわけではない。。。彼らの存在様式は千差万別だが、地球人のような肉体は持っておらず、より高次の次元に存在している種族もある。宇宙人だからといって、皆が皆、大きな頭と目を持つ灰色の体をしているわけではないのだ。こうした他の宇宙種族から転生してきた人々のことを、既存の宇宙人のイメージと切り離して 「 スターピープル 」「 スターシード 」 と呼ぶこともある。
自分の種族の調べ方。。宇宙には様々な種族が存在する。中には地球では名前の知られていない恒星もあるだろう。また、我々の魂は幾度も転生を繰り返すため、ひとくちに「 出身 」と言っても、ひとつの星に絞ることは難しい。。そのため、大抵の場合は自分の魂が 最初に産み落とされた星 か、あるいは最も多く転生し、 魂の形成に影響を受けた星 を「出身星」とするようだ。この出身星を知るには、大きく分けて2つの方法がある。。ワーカーやチャネラーにリーディング（鑑定）してもらう 自分で調べる 今回は、2の 「自分で調べる」方法を紹介 していきたい。
主要な宇宙種族とその特徴。。ひとくちに自分で調べるといっても様々な方法がある。たとえば、昔からプラネタリウムなどである特定の星座や星に 不思議と心惹かれていた 、という人は、実際にその星に縁があることが多いし、列挙された星の名前を見て唐突にピンと来ることもあるだろう。だが、そうした直感が働かなくても、それぞれの 星の特徴 と 自分自身の性格 を照らし合わせて、ある程度見当をつけることができる。。そこで、以下に、地球に多く存在すると言われている主要な宇宙種族とその傾向をいくつかピックアップしてみた。
もちろんここに記載した宇宙種族が全てではないし、「 何個当てはまったから自分は●●星人だ！」と断言できるものでもないが、自身のルーツを調べる足がかりにはなるはずだ。プレアデス星人。。プレアデス星団は牡牛座の散開星団である。「すばる」という和名で呼んだほうが馴染みがあるかもしれない。プレアデス星人は元々金星に住んでいた人々で、地球人とルーツを同じくするため、姿形もよく似ているとされる。ポジティブで心優しく、争いを嫌い平和を尊ぶ種族で、以下のような特徴を持つ。
集団でいるよりも1人でいることを好む 周囲から浮きがち 美意識や感受性が強い 平和主義者 アーモンド型の大きな目をしていることが多い 彼らが地球へやってきた目的は 平和をもたらす こと。そのため、プレアデス星にルーツを持つ人はヒーラーや芸術家など、他者を癒やす仕事に向いていると言われている。シリウス星人。。おおいぬ座に位置するシリウスは、地球から見える恒星の中で太陽を除けば最も明るく見える星である。シリウス星人のイメージを一言で言い表すのなら 隠遁生活中の賢者 だろうか。
独自の哲学を持っていて、あらゆる物事に対して慎重な人が多いと言われている。初対面の人と交友関係を結ぶのが難しい 一度信頼した相手には尽くす よく考えてから行動に移す 平穏や静けさを好む 探究心がある シリウス星人もプレアデス星人と同じく平和を好むが、より自身の知的好奇心に素直な種族だとされる。科学者や宗教者、哲学者などに多く、 地球の文明発展 に多く貢献してきた と言われている。オリオン星人。。オリオン座を構成する一等星「ベテルギウス」は、上述のシリウス、そしてこいぬ座のプロキオンと共に、それぞれ 冬の大三角形 の一角を担っている。
名前の由来がギリシャ神話ということもあり、馴染みのある人も多いかもしれない。好奇心旺盛 感性に頼るよりロジカルな考え方を好む 議論好き 完璧主義者 物事に対して批判的な観点を持つことを臆さない オリオン星人は種族の中でも更に細分化されており、中でも器用で真面目な特色を持つ「 リゲル人 」と呼ばれる種族は多く 日本人に転生している と言われている。手先が器用で細々とした仕事が得意だ、という人は、もしかするとリゲル人かもしれない。。ベガ星人。
。こと座に位置するベガは、わし座のアルタイル、はくちょう座のデネブと共に 夏の大三角形 を構成している。ベガ星人は数ある宇宙種族の中でもかなり 古い魂 を持っており、多方面に秀でたバランス感覚の良い種族だと言われている。自分で物事を決定したい フレンドリーで社交的 決断力があり、行動が早い やや自信家のきらいがある 子供好き ベガ星人の大きな特徴は 決断力と自信 に満ちあふれていること。多くのベガ星人は豊かな資質を持っているため、大抵のことはそつなくこなす。
