At Iwate Medical University in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture, there is an overhead corridor built across a busy street.
According to a local rumor, if you cross the middle of this passage alone late at night, you will inevitably “see” something. People who consider themselves even slightly sensitive to spirits are said to avoid the place at all costs.
The buildings themselves are already quite old, with dim natural light and a worn-down atmosphere that feels almost like a horror movie set. But among them, the most notorious spot is said to be the connecting corridor between the School of Dentistry building and the School of Medicine building.
The location is associated with Iwate Medical University in Uchimaru, Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture. As this is a real university campus, visitors should not enter restricted areas or disturb students, staff, or hospital facilities.
