Space 21 is an abandoned hotel in the Hyakuzawa area of Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, and it has become the subject of local ghost rumors.
According to the stories, people with strong spiritual sensitivity are said to be able to see something there. Many of the reported sightings are connected to the hotel’s large communal bath.
The hotel is also rumored to have had a troubled history from the beginning. Some accounts claim that fatal accidents occurred during construction. Another rumor says that not long after opening, the business fell into financial difficulty, the owner died by suicide, and the hotel was closed.
