Near Asamushi Onsen in Aomori is a ruined site commonly referred to as Nonai Hospital.
According to local rumors, an abandoned bus left near the entrance is said to be filled with countless wandering spirits. Some stories claim that anyone who boards it as a joke may have their mind affected.
Inside the building, there have also been reports of apparitions, including an elderly woman and a young girl.
However, the origins of the site are unclear. It is not even certain whether the building was truly a hospital.
The location is associated with Nonai Urashima 203, Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture. As with any abandoned structure, travelers should not enter without permission. Ruins can be unstable, dangerous, and legally off-limits.
