A Western-Style Ruin in Kochi
Hotel Kotei is an abandoned hotel in Nagahama, Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture. Its brick exterior gives it the unusual appearance of a Western castle, making it stand out among Japan’s many rumored haunted ruins.
According to local ghost stories, the spirit of a woman is said to appear inside the hotel. There is also a rumor that a woman once died by suicide somewhere on the property, though details of the incident are unclear and should be treated as unverified.
